Paper Phone – The Phone of Future
The technology is changing very rapidly. Researchers are doing work on different technologies to give more features to smart phones. Due to which, researchers in Queen’s University in Ontario Canada have invented a very flexible and bendable cell phone which you have never seen before.
This phone called paper phone is thin like a paper and having display of about 9.5 cm diagonal thin film flexible E lnk. It has the functionality of flexibility that will allow users to bend it in many different ways. This bending is its feature actually you are controlling this phone: bending one corner trigger a command to open a new page and other corner to bookmark a page and similarly to play music, making calls and operating google maps.
This phone is very much helpful in many different ways i-e it is unbreakable, very thin having less weight. This feature phone will nearly takes 5 to 10 years to come in the markets.
Dr. Vertegaal, the senior researcher in this project will officially unveil this revolutionary phone in Association of Computing Machinery (Computer Human Interaction) Conference held on may 10 in Vancouver.
